Shipping policy

I will dispatch your order within 3 working days from receiving it using Royal Mail or Hermes signed for services. If you have a problem, please contact me first and I will attempt to track it down for you. If the courier says they have delivered it, I will give you the shipping reference number for you to deal with them direct.
